Okay, so, I’ve been trying to find a good feminine wash for a while now. I mean, something that actually works and doesn’t irritate my skin, you know? Then, I talked to a friend who’s a bit of a health nut, and she told me that the best thing to use is just plain water. I thought, “Really? Just water?” But she explained that the vagina is self-cleaning, and using soaps and washes can actually do more harm than good. They often cause allergies and build up on the skin. The vagina does not need to smell like flowers.
So, I decided to give it a try. I stopped using all the fancy washes and just started washing with water. And you know what? It actually worked! I felt so much cleaner and fresher, and I didn’t have any irritation at all. I did use unscented Dove for external cleaning, and it worked great!

My Routine:
- Wash with water during every shower.
- If I feel like I need a little extra cleaning, I use a mild, unscented soap like Dove, but only on the external areas.
- Avoid using any scented products or douches.
