Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this ami cole lip liner thing for a bit, and I gotta say, it’s pretty neat. I mean, I’m no makeup guru or anything, but I like to try out new stuff, you know?
So, first off, I had to get my hands on one of these. It wasn’t too hard, just went to their website and ordered it. They had a few different shades, so I picked one that I thought would match my usual lipstick. Took a few days to arrive, no biggie.
When it finally got here, I was like, okay, let’s see what this thing can do. I tried it on, just outlining my lips like I’ve seen in those YouTube videos. It was surprisingly smooth, didn’t tug or anything. I was able to get a pretty clean line without too much trouble.
- First attempt: Not bad, not bad. My lips definitely looked more defined.
- Second attempt: I tried filling in my lips a bit more with it. It actually worked pretty well as a base for my lipstick.
I wore it out a couple of times, just to see how it held up. I went out for coffee with my friend, then went to a movie with my boyfriend, then even to a birthday party where they have some good food. It lasted a decent amount of time, even after eating and drinking. My lipstick stayed put better than usual, which was a nice bonus.
I also tried their Lip Treatment Oil thing. It was also a good product. When I combine these two, wow, my lip just becomes more charming!
Overall thoughts?
Honestly, I’m pretty happy with it. It’s easy to use, even for a newbie like me. And it actually does what it’s supposed to do, which is always a plus. It’s become a regular part of my makeup routine now. Might even try out some of their other shades later on.
