Well, if ya don’t know who Elsa Hosk is, let me tell ya, she’s one of them fancy supermodels, real tall and skinny, and looks like she just stepped outta a magazine. She’s 5 feet 10 inches tall, which is mighty tall for a woman, and she weighs about 126 pounds. Now, don’t go thinkin’ she just got lucky with them good looks, no ma’am. Elsa works real hard to keep her body in tip-top shape, and I’m gonna tell ya all about it.
Elsa’s body ain’t just a gift from nature, she works at it. Every day, she does some kind of workout. In the mornings, she’s up and at ‘em with some high-intensity training, what they call HIT workouts. I reckon it’s like a real quick but tough workout, gets the blood pumpin’ real good and gets her day started right. Then, in the evening, she’ll do some Pilates. Now, Pilates ain’t somethin’ I know much about, but from what I hear, it’s a kind of exercise that helps with flexibility and strength. She does it online with somethin’ called The Pilates Class, so she don’t even have to leave the house. That’s mighty convenient if you ask me!
Now, I reckon ya might be wonderin’ what Elsa eats to keep her body lookin’ so good. Well, she keeps it simple with a diet full of whole foods. No fancy processed junk for her. She sticks to natural foods, the kind that don’t come outta no box. I reckon she eats lots of fruits, veggies, and things like fish and lean meats. She avoids all that processed stuff, you know, the kind with a lotta chemicals and stuff that can’t even be pronounced. Her approach to eatin’ is just like what the doctors say we should do, eat foods that are good for ya and not all that artificial mess. Sounds simple, right? Well, it works for Elsa, that’s for sure.
And now, with her new baby, Elsa’s takin’ on the role of mama. She had a little girl, Tuulikki Joan, with her boyfriend Tom Daly. And let me tell ya, she’s real proud of that little one. Elsa even shared her birth story on Instagram, talkin’ about how she had the baby at home. Now, I don’t know about you, but I think that takes a whole lotta courage. Not every woman can go through that kind of thing at home, but Elsa did, and she was real thankful for the whole experience.
Elsa’s got herself a real pretty body, and she’s worked hard to get it that way. Her diet’s simple and clean, and her workout routine’s just the right balance of strength and flexibility. But she’s also a mama now, and I bet that little girl keeps her busy! But that don’t mean she’s forgettin’ about takin’ care of herself. A lotta folks, especially after they have a baby, let their health slip, but Elsa seems to keep it together, no matter what.
