Then I Started checking online to see what the options are. I saw that there are some cool navigator-style frames – you know, the kind that makes you look like you’re about to fly a plane or something? They had them in different colors, which was awesome. I’m a sucker for variety, I need options!

- Tried them on. I went with a pair of round, thin frames. They looked pretty good on me and not too flashy.
- Checked if they were legit. I looked on the side of the lens to see if the lines were all distorted, as far as I know, that’s how you check for fakes. I think these were real.
The Verdict?
I’m happy with my purchase. They were priced pretty well, at least for what I was expecting for something with a “designer” label. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks now, and I’ve gotten a couple of compliments. They feel pretty sturdy, not cheap or anything. I guess the real test will be how they hold up over time, but for now, I’m feeling pretty good about my new specs. I’m glad I tried them on. They definitely make me feel a bit more “put together,” if you know what I mean. It is a solid purchase. You should check them out if you are also looking for something a little extra.
