Okay, here is my sharing about working out with a butt plug:
So, I tried this thing called “working out with a butt plug” the other day. Sounds wild, right? I was curious and figured, why not give it a shot? I mean, I’ve heard some people talking about it, and I’m always up for trying something new, especially when it comes to spicing things up in the bedroom or, in this case, the gym.
First things first, I made sure to pick a plug that was the right size and material. I’m not a total newbie, so I went with a medium-sized silicone one. Comfort is key, people! You don’t want to be dealing with something uncomfortable while you’re trying to get your sweat on. I put the plug in the bathroom. You know, it felt a little strange at first, but not in a bad way. It was like a constant reminder that I was doing something out of the ordinary.
Getting Started
- I started with some light cardio to warm up. Just some jogging on the treadmill.
- Then I lubed up. You gotta make sure you’re using a good quality lube.
- And I carefully inserted it. I mean, you gotta be gentle with yourself, right?
After warming up, I moved on to some strength training. I’ve read that butt plug yoga focuses on engaging muscles in the pelvic floor and lower back. I thought that doing some exercises that target those areas would be a good idea. I grabbed a resistance band and a medium-weight dumbbell.
The Workout
- Hip Thrusts: I started with hip thrusts. This exercise is the king of butt exercises! I placed the resistance band above my knees and laid down with my feet flat on the floor. Then, I started thrusting my hips upward. Feeling that extra sensation while doing it was pretty intense. It added a whole new level of focus.
- Squats: Next up, squats. I held the dumbbell in front of me and went for it. The plug made me more aware of my form, and I could feel my pelvic muscles working harder.
- Lunges: After squats, I did some lunges. I alternated legs and kept the dumbbell close to my chest. It was challenging, but in a good way. Each lunge felt more impactful.
After each set, I took a short break. I could feel my muscles working, and the added sensation from the plug made the workout feel more intense. It was like my body was more in tune with every movement. I’ve seen some tips on how to comfortably wear a butt plug all day, and they all emphasize starting slow and getting used to the feeling. I was definitely starting slow.
By the end of the workout, I was sweating like crazy, but I felt amazing. It was a different kind of workout, and I could feel the difference in my muscles, especially in my pelvic area. It felt like I had worked out more intensely than usual. I took the plug out and cleaned it thoroughly. Hygiene is super important, folks!
Honestly, it was a fun and interesting experience. I wouldn’t say I’d do it every day, but it’s definitely something I’d consider doing again. It added a new dimension to my workout, and I felt more connected to my body. If you’re curious, I’d say give it a try, but make sure you’re doing it safely and comfortably. And remember, always listen to your body!
