Okay, so, I’ve been on this whole journey to find a good deodorant. You know, something that actually works and doesn’t just mask the smell for like, an hour. I found this AOS Victory deodorant that a lot of people were talking about. Seemed like the real deal, so I decided to give it a shot.
First off, I went out and bought the stuff. The packaging looked pretty cool, I gotta admit. Felt all fancy and premium. Then came the real test – using it. I started applying it every morning after my shower, just like I do with any other deodorant.
- The first thing I noticed was the smell. It was pretty strong, but not in a bad way. Kind of like a mix of fresh, clean, and a little bit manly, I guess.
- Next up, the application. It went on smooth, no clumps or anything like that. Felt nice on the skin, not sticky or uncomfortable.
Now, the big question – did it work? Well, I put it through some serious tests. I went for runs, hit the gym, even did some yard work on a hot day. Basically, anything to work up a good sweat. And you know what? This stuff held up! I’m talking all-day freshness, even after some intense activity.
I was pretty shocked, to be honest. I’ve tried so many deodorants that just didn’t cut it. They’d either wear off quickly or mix with my sweat to create some weird, funky smell. But this AOS Victory? It was different. It actually kept me smelling good throughout the day.
But then I heard some stuff about aluminum in deodorants and how it might not be the best thing for you. Apparently, it can clog your pores and mess with your body’s natural sweating process. So, I did a little digging and found out that when you stop using aluminum-based deodorants, your body can go into overdrive trying to get rid of all the built-up stuff. People were saying it can cause some serious BO for a while. That was my issue actually before I tried AOS Victory.
But because of this concern, I found out I need to switch to another deodorant, I tried something called “Hawthorne” deodorant. Turns out, it’s pretty much the same thing as AOS Victory! Clear, doesn’t stain, and the smell is just right – not too strong, so I can still wear my favorite cologne. Also, I heard about another one called Uriage Clinical Strength Deodorant, it claims that it can blocks odor and sweat for 24 hours, but I haven’t got chance to try it yet. Will keep you guys updated.
So, yeah, that’s my story with the AOS Victory deodorant. It’s a solid product that actually works, but the aluminum thing got me a little worried. If you’re looking for something that can keep up with you, even on your sweatiest days, this stuff is worth checking out. Just maybe do some research on the whole aluminum thing first. But at least I know there are some alternatives such as Hawthorne deodorant now.
My Thoughts on AOS RISE
Oh, and I also saw something about AOS RISE. It’s supposed to be another version, maybe? I saw the scent is called “Compete” and it is like some kind of “energizing citrus”. I might have to try that one next. But for now, I’m sticking with AOS Victory and Hawthorne.
