Okay, so, I’ve been on the hunt for some new boots lately. Not just any boots, though. I wanted something a little different, something with a bit of a vintage vibe but still totally wearable for everyday stuff. That’s when I stumbled upon the idea of kitten heel boots. I mean, who doesn’t love a good kitten heel?
First, I started checking out some online shops. Browsing, browsing, browsing…you know how it is. I saw a bunch of different styles, from ankle boots to knee-high ones. Some were pretty plain, while others had cool details like buckles or interesting textures. The prices were all over the place, too. I saw some for around $50, and others were way more expensive, like over $100. I wasn’t sure what was worth the money, to be honest.
- COLETER: These were the most common ones I kept seeing. Leather, kitten heel, ankle boots, with a zipper. They had a pointed toe, which I liked. Prices ranged from about $30 to $70.
- DOEYG: They had some knee-high options in black leather, around $60.
- Dsevht: Similar to DOEYG, black leather, knee-high, and also a red version for about $54.
- Tinacus: These ones were the fanciest, handmade, and over $100.
After seeing so many options online, I decided to hit up some actual stores. I went to Dillard’s, Target, and DSW, all those big shoe places. Dillard’s had a decent selection, but nothing really jumped out at me. Target was a bit of a letdown, not many choices in the kitten heel department. But DSW, that’s where I found some real contenders!
They had a bunch of different brands and styles, and I spent a good hour trying on different pairs. I tried some ankle boots, some taller ones, some with different heel shapes, all sorts of stuff. The sales people were pretty helpful, too, which was nice.
My Final Choice
I finally ended up getting a pair of black leather ankle boots from COLETER at DSW. They were on sale, so I got them for a good price, around $40 I think! They’re super comfortable, and the heel is just the right height. Not too high, not too low. I can walk around in them all day without my feet killing me. Plus, they look great with jeans, skirts, dresses, everything! I’ve been wearing them non-stop since I bought them. Definitely a good find, and I’m so glad I decided to go with the kitten heel boots. They are so perfect for all kinds of weather in autumn, they are now my usual wear, so worth it!
