Alright, so, you wanna know about this fella, 50 Cent, and somethin’ about Montauk? Okay, okay, I’ll tell ya what I heard. This 50 Cent, he ain’t no spring chicken, been around a while, singin’ them songs and whatnot. Heard he’s got a show comin’ up in Montauk, that fancy place out by the water.
Now, Montauk, that’s where all them rich folks go, ya know? Big houses, fancy cars, the whole shebang. Don’t see many folks like me out there, that’s for sure. But this 50 Cent, he’s gonna be at a place called The Surf Lodge. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Probably got them little tiny sandwiches they charge you an arm and a leg for.
This show, it’s gonna be on August 31st, 2024. That’s a Saturday, so folks can go and party it up, I guess. Now, I ain’t never been to one of his shows, but I heard he’s a big deal. Folks yellin’ and singin’ along, all that stuff. Heard he even had some shows there back in May, too. Busy fella, that 50 Cent.
They say he’s gonna be singin’ his songs, the ones everyone knows. Don’t ask me what they are, I ain’t got the time for that kinda racket. But the young folks, they seem to like him. Good for him, makin’ a livin’ and all. Now, this Surf Lodge, it’s in Montauk, New York. Like I said, fancy place.
- They say you can even buy tickets online. Fancy, ain’t it? Back in my day, you just showed up and paid at the door. Now you gotta do everything on them computer machines.
- And I heard tell he’s made some money, this 50 Cent fella. Not just from singin’, neither. Seems he got in with some drink company, Vitaminwater, they call it. Made a pile of money, so they say.
- Started from nothin’, this boy did. Grew up in Queens, New York City, lost his ma when he was just a little tyke. Drug dealer, they said she was. Tough life, but he made somethin’ of himself.
- Even got his own liquor company now, Sire Spirits. Wine and all that fancy stuff. He’s on the TV too, got some shows. “Black Mafia Family” and “Power,” somethin’ like that. Seems he’s got his fingers in a lot of pies.
They say his real name is Jackson. Got that name “50 Cent” from some fella who robbed folks back in the day. Guess he liked the sound of it. Says it tells you everything you need to know about him. Tough guy, I reckon.
So, if you’re out there in Montauk on August 31st and you wanna hear some singin’, go check out this 50 Cent at The Surf Lodge. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny, I’d bet. And don’t forget to dress fancy, or they might not let you in. Me? I’ll be stayin’ home, watchin’ my stories on the TV. That’s more my speed.
